Door handle has broken off. Needs replacing urgently. Danger of door closing and people being trapped in room.

The southern door (which opens to the Hallway) isn't closing properly. The door and doorway frame are out of alignment. Similar problem to last year, when the other music studio doors wouldn't close-they needed a tradesperson to cut more of the frame or door away.

The buttons on the A/C wall control panel (ie. on western wall next to door adjoining the Theatre) have fallen into the wall again.

Same problem as earlier this year.

Perhaps replacing with a more sturdy wall panel model would be a better option, rather than just repairing the current flimsy model?

The external windows along the northern and eastern walls need blinds (or some other solution) to stop harsh and blinding sunlight angling in at certain times of the day.

The large TV screen display has a faulty verticle line from top of the screen to the very bottom of the screen (on the right half of the screen). Appears that these are dead pixels or some sort of digital glitch, and NOT a physical scratch on the glass. This fault was reported early last year (ie. 2022).

The Double Door to the Theatre often doesn't close properly.
The door needs to be pushed closed very hard to ensure it locks.
Appears to be getting worse over time.

This poses a security and safety concern, as even though the door may appear closed and presumably locked, staff may not realise that students could still access the theatre, and consequently the planetarium and toilets etc.

It would be a great if there was also a way for a teacher to be able to activate lock and unlock for this Theatre door from the Hallway/Music Area side of the door (but still making sure that this door remains unlocked from the Theatre side, to ensure Emergency Exit access from the theatre). Currently, for teacher to open hallway door to the theatre, they have to enter the Theatre from another door to the theatre, then open the hallway door and keep it left in open position afixed to the hallway wall.

Install locks on doors, so satff can control access to the three music studios
